no, a sme doma.
lenze podla Mnackovej knihy "Ako chuti moc" kazdy kto sa dostane k moci ju po case zacne zneuzivat.
ja som uz vyrastol z toho, aby som dufal v nejaku cestnost v sprave statu ci kdekolvek inde.
beriem toho kto kradne menej a nesnazi sa ma pri svojom kradnuti este poucat, ako by som sa ja mal cestne spravat.

Zneuživanie moci je preto, že nie su stanovene kontrolne mechanizmy. Ak by za zlyhanie vo verejnej funkcii boli vysoke tresty, nerobili by to.
